Similar to other public utilities, we work with the city to use municipal rights-of-way, and/or utility easements for our buried fiber, and utility poles for aerial fiber, to build the fiber network that will enable services at your house, condo or apartment.

Most often, these easements or city street rights-of-way include part of your front yard or backyard. Our construction process requires us to access these easements through your property to install our fiber optic cables.

We always knock first to ask permission to enter your private property. However, if no one is home we normally continue working so we can bring fiber optic services to you and your neighbors as quickly as possible. That way, when you are ready to order services, we will be prepared to make the final connection of the fiber network to your home.

100% Fiber internet means that your home's internet router is directly connected to the internet with fiber-optic cable.

The primary benefit of 100% fiber internet is that it delivers symmetrical upload and download speeds, which makes it ideal for video conferencing, gaming, streaming, and handling multiple large files. 

Our fiber lines are not affected as much by interference from electromagnetic signals, so you receive a more reliable connection.

100% Fiber Internet is also future-proof. Future upgrades through fiber cables are easier as technology advances. This means that when there is an internet upgrade, you can receive it faster and easier, without the need for construction.

We stand by our Right by You promise, and our construction crews are required to repair lawns, flowerbeds, fences and anything else disturbed during the network construction process.

Our construction crew uses their best judgement to decide whether to complete any repairs immediately or if it makes more sense to do all repairs after construction is finished for the whole neighborhood.

Rest assured, we have a quality assurance team that will come back and revisit a neighborhood after a few months to ensure we made/make the repairs necessary to leave things as we found them.
