Internet Service Details:

Services offered where available and require a 24/7 support fee of $3.99. $1 Pole attachment fee required. Modems are included. Many factors can affect speeds, which vary and are not guaranteed. 1 gig internet speeds include industry standard wired download speeds up to 940 Mbps. Optional $10 technology fee, which includes Wire Maintenance ($3.99 value), 24/7 Support Fee ($3.99 value), Wireless Internet ($10 value), the Tech Home Protect Plan ($5.95 value) is available. All internet plans include unlimited data in compliance with our acceptable use policy.

TV Service Details:

  • TV: Services offered where available. Some services may require a deposit based on credit rating. Regulatory and taxes are not included in the package rate.
  • TVEverywhere: Must be a Ritter TV customer to access TV Everywhere. Available channels are based on customer’s current TV package.

Phone Service Details:

Services offered where available. Bundles do not include Unlimited Long Distance. Additional minutes over the included package are $0.06 per minute in Arkansas and $0.10 per minute in Tennessee. Customer must purchase Ritter Communications long distance service per the terms of applicable tariffs. The Unlimited Long Distance plan is for typical domestic residential voice usage only, and cannot be used for any purpose inconsistent with residential service. Other restrictions apply. For a copy of the complete Unlimited Long Distance Fair Use Policy, see our website or contact a Ritter Communications office.

TechHome Service Details:

Mobile includes phones and tablets. Desktop includes laptops.

Security Details:

Ritter internet service and 2-year agreement required for all packages. Early termination fees apply with 2-year agreement. Prices include monthly cost before taxes and fees. The Monitor package includes a $99 installation fee and the Automate and Control packages include a $199 installation fee. Additional equipment can be added onto any package and is subject to additional taxes and fees. A new activation fee may occur if you move to a new home and need to activate the existing home security equipment in the residence. A credit approval and credit/debit card on file may be required to obtain service. Minimum of 1 Mbps upload speed required per camera. All prices and packages are subject to change.
